Animal shelter in Limassol

Animal Shelter in Limassol is a non-profit initiative helping stray and injured animals in southern Cyprus. A team of volunteers rescues, treats and rehabilitates cats and dogs, runs sterilization and vaccination programs, and rehomes animals with responsible families. The project also runs awareness work with schools and residents on humane treatment of animals. Hundreds of animals pass through the shelter each year; it runs on donations and volunteer effort.
